I’m Dr. Steven Rosenzweig. I’ve been practicing chiropractic for over 30 years. I’ve owned and been the clinic director of Diaspo for the past 20. I earned my undergraduate degree at SUNY Oneonta and my Doctor of Chiropractic at the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago (formerly the National College of Chiropractic).

I am a member of The New York State Chiropractic Association. I’m also board-eligible in neurology, and I have additional training in electrodiagnostic and occupational health.

I’ve always been interested in the health sciences. I was particularly attracted to the drugless approach of chiropractic. Chiropractic is very effective in helping patients with musculoskeletal complaints of the spine.

When I’m not treating patients at Diaspo, I like to exercise as much as I can. Patients often ask me what exercises they should be doing, and my answer is always, “Ideally, something you might enjoy.” Practicing what I preach, I have cut back on a lot of “exercise for exercise-sake” and instead concentrate on hobbies that involve physical activity. In the warmer months, I enjoy open water ocean swimming, and I supplement this with pool swimming when ocean conditions are less favorable. This helps keep me in shape for surfing, which I do year-round. In winter, I often go skiing on the slopes. Any time of the year, you can find me on the trails, in the mountains, or fat tire biking. With any remaining free time, I enjoy live music, theater, exploring the city, and spending time with friends and family.
